A Vacheron Constantin Genève "Chronomètre Royal" deck watch, the white dial numbered 8798 with black Arabic numerals, outer minute track, and subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o'clock. The manual-wind jeweled mechanical movement is numbered 368798 and signed "Chronomètre Royal" and "Vacheron & Constantin Genève," housed in a removable cylindrical brass case with fluted winding crown and screw-on glazed bezel. Accompanied by a fitted wooden carrying box with green felt lining and hinged lid.
