Estate Sale & Auction Associate

For 26 years, Bryant Estate Sales has helped families across Mountain Brook, Vestavia Hills and the greater Birmingham area handle fine estates. We’re growing our online auction business and looking for a curious, detail-oriented associate to join our team.

What you’ll do

• Research items online to identify and value antiques, art, collectibles and ephemera
• Photograph items and write auction listings
• Clean, prepare and organize items for sale
• Set up and work estate sales, and help with auction operations
• Move and carry items, sometimes up and down stairs

What we’re looking for

• A real curiosity about art, antiques, collectibles and ephemera. Experience is a plus; eagerness to learn is a must
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using AI tools and online research
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs, including on stairs
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Available weekends, and able to work 7 days a week when sales require it
• Someone who stays until the job is done
